BUSINESS AFTER HOURS

How Law Can Help You Protect Your Business

What is it about?

Businesses in the UK are subject to a complex array of rules and regulations. No matter how dedicated you are to running your business, there will always be legal areas that you are less familiar with. Businesses can be faced with a wide range of issues, from problems involving shareholders to expanding its operations and succession issues.

Lucy Gleisner, a highly regarded partner in the Corporate Team at Trethowans LLP will explain the different legal structures you can use to run a business, the key legal issues that are important for all businesses to consider and will also discuss how putting in place legal protection now can in turn save costs and help your organisation enhance its value and reputation.

What else can you expect?

After Lucy’s talk we’ll run a networking session which will be an excellent opportunity to make new business connections, exchange ideas and solutions and get inspired by other entrepreneurs and their stories.

Tea/coffee and light, healthy refreshments will be served at the event.

Why should I come?

Because what you will learn could possibly save you hundreds if not thousands of pounds. You’ll have a rare opportunity to become familiar with legal solutions which will help your business stay protected so that it can operate and perform its core functions, i.e. serve your customers.

During our networking session, you will have a chance to meet other entrepreneurs and build solid business relations, exchange ideas as well as share knowledge and experiences.
